Hi there quilty friends!

Today is the day! I am so excited to announce that pre-orders are now open for the 2026 Quilter's Planner!

The Quilter's Planner is the ultimate tool for keeping your life and sewing organized! It includes customizable calendar options, sketch and graph paper, goal setting prompts, personal and quilting to-do lists, quilt patterns, quilting resources, a project planning section and more.

This year, we've made a few small, positive changes based on customer feedback.

Fully-bound cover: All coil-bound planners will come with the laminated cover fully bound with the book, rather than the clip-in interchangeable cover offered did last year. The clip-in cover is still an option and another way you can customize the planner to your liking.

We also have 6 new cover designs! Here are the covers you can choose from this year.

Monthly habit tracker is back: The monthly goal setting and habit tracking page is added back to each month of the year, helping you plan your next year with intention and reach your goals.

More sewing and quilt patterns: This year we have included 4 quilting patterns to inspire your creativity! Patterns include ones designed Kitty Wilkin, QP veteran pattern designer and photographer, and Angela Pingel, a talented quilter and fabric designer (new to the QP this year; she also designed one of the new cover designs!).

Timing for delivery

I know this is the biggest question on everyone's mind — when will I get my planner? Now that we have launched the pre-sale, this gives us a chance to know how many dividers to order in this first batch of printing. Next week, we'll bring that batch of dividers to our binder to cut and laminate the tabs. That can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. As soon as we get those back from the binder, we'll start shipping out orders — aiming to send orders by Halloween, but hopefully sooner.
