Pre-order your 2027 Quilter's Planner today!

Hi there quilty friends!

We finally have the 2027 Quilter's Planner ready for pre-order and I am so excited to share all of the details with you!

The Quilter's Planner is the ultimate tool for keeping your life and sewing organized! It includes customizable calendar options, sketch and graph paper (5 kinds this year!), goal setting prompts, personal and quilting to-do lists, quilting resources, a project planning section and more.

When you customize your planner, you can choose your calendar start day (Sunday or Monday), calendar layout (vertical, horizontal, or dot grid), as well as the cover design. You will also pick the book format you prefer: coil-bound, 3-ring binder, looseleaf, or hardback.

Are paper calendars not your thing? We have other options that don't include a dated calendar, such as the Quilter's Planner Design Book (everything but the calendar) and the Perpetual Quilter's Planner (same planner but undated, use as often as you want). The same customization (and cover) options are available for both.

A closer look at the new cover options!

We retired some of our older cover designs that weren't as popular and added 6 new cover designs! Here are the covers you can choose from this year.

NEW Fabric Stash Organizer: We added a new organization page that was previously only offered online. This new page can help you record your fabric stash and each fabric's details you don't want to forget, like cut, yardage amount, designer, and where you have it stored.

More kinds of graph paper: We added back some of the most popular and unique graph papers that we offer in our online printables library, to help inspire your creativity in sketching new quilt designs or layout ideas. We also added in extra lined pages in the back for note taking.

Timing for delivery

I know this is the biggest question on everyone's mind — when will I get my planner? Now that we have launched the pre-sale, this gives us a chance to know how many dividers to order in this first batch of printing. Next week, we'll bring that batch of dividers to our binder to cut and laminate the tabs. That can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. As soon as we get those back from the binder, we'll start shipping out orders — aiming to send orders by Halloween, but hopefully sooner.

A big thanks to you!

Thank you for your support over the last decade! Without you, my team and I couldn't produce and share this awesome planner with everyone.

We have worked very hard this year to find every way we can to make our process more efficient and sustainable while still maintaining the highest level of quality we know you want in a planner.

As a sign of our appreciation, I am offering a free gift with every pre-order placed — pick your favorite accessory from a selection of our favorite products!

Happy quilting!
